The "Palazzo Reale di Capodimonte" celebrates the 150th anniversary of the Italian unification with an itinerary through the works of the second half of the 19th century, at the Sala Causa (Causa room).
The exhibition was imagined back in 1861, in order to create a picture gallery dedicated to living artists and their paintings scattered around the royal houses.
